Yes, pets are welcome here. Many of our residents live with dogs or cats, and having the communal green area makes it easy for them to enjoy the space too. If you’re planning to move with a pet, our resident experience team will happily talk you through the details.

All homes are professionally managed by the Helgi team, with dedicated in house resident experience, property, repairs and maintenance teams looking after the neighbourhood. We maintain all communal areas and keep external windows clean to keep everything looking its best.

If something needs attention in your home, our team is ready to help. You can report it through the Helgi app at any time. And if something urgent happens, we have a 24/7 emergency phone line.
