Renting with Helgi - Our specialist partner Oakfield Property Services looks after the day-to-day management of your home and neighbourhood. If you need to report a repair or maintenance issue, or need support with your home, Oakfield will be your main point of contact. Helgi continues to oversee the neighbourhood and your experience as a Helgi resident.

Buying a Helgi home - Your home is yours to look after, while Oakfield Property Services manages the shared areas across the neighbourhood on Helgi’s behalf. They’ll be your main point of contact for matters relating to the management and upkeep of these communal areas.

Are pets welcome at Chalk House?
